  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Chuchu1/2 kg
  • Season to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Coriander to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Tomato sauce340 g
  1. Clean the prawns and season with garlic, lemon, seasoning, salt and black pepper.
  2. In a pan, brown the onion, then put the tomato, tomato sauce, cilantro and sauté.
  3. Then add the chayote cut into small pieces and let it cook. (only add water if necessary, as the chayote already releases a lot of water)
  4. After the chayote is almost cooked, place the shrimp, cover the pan and leave until the shrimp is cooked.
