Clean cauliflower separated into bouquets

Olive oil

Minced garlic

Onion, chopped in brunoise

Boiling water

Salt

Aqueça o azeite numa panela, adicione a cebola e quando ela ficar transparente adicione o alho.

Heat the oil in a pan, add the onion and when it becomes transparent add the garlic.

Processe a couve flor num processador (2 pulsadas é suficiente) e adicione ele na cebola com alho refogados, tempere com sal e adicione a água, deixe cozinhar até ficar al dente. 

Process the cauliflower in a food processor (2 pulses is enough) and add it to the sauteed onion with garlic, season with salt and add the water, let it cook until al dente.
