  • Cauliflower | 1/2 unit(s)
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Soybean oil |  to taste
  • Garlic |  to taste

Recipe

  1. Cook the cauliflower. Put it in a blender with salt, seasonings (whatever you want, but if you don't want it, you don't need it) and garlic. Beat everything and add oil until you get the texture of mayonnaise. (If it's too thick, add the cauliflower cooking water to help beat it).
  2. Tip: put the garlic clove very small, because the taste is very strong, and if you don't like garlic, I advise you not to put it and opt for seasonings like green smell. If you just want the taste of cauliflower, just add salt.
