- Water300 ml
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Margarine or butter1 tablespoon
- Milk300 ml
- Wheat flour1 tablespoon
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Nutmeg (grated)1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Mozzarella200 g
- Grated Parmesan Cheese100 g
- Wash and sanitize the cauliflower, cut into branches and place in a pan with water, salt and oil to cook for 10 minutes.
- Drain the water from the cauliflower, place it in a refractory and set aside.
- For the white sauce, we will add the butter in a pan, after melting, put the mecca wheat flour for 3 minutes.
- Add the milk, stir well until it thickens, add the salt, black pepper and nutmeg and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and add the cream, mix well.
- On top of the cauliflower, place the mozzarella, the white sauce, sprinkle Parmesan cheese and bake at 200° for approximately 20 minutes.
