  • Large Cauliflower1 unit(s)
  • Mayonnaise5 tablespoon
  • Mozzarella10 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  1. Cook the whole cauliflower in salted water until the twigs come off without much resistance. Don't let it soften too much.
  2. Drain the water and add the cabbage to a serving dish. Pass the mayonnaise between the branches until it penetrates into the cabbage.
  3. Add the slices of mozzarella between the twigs and add a few slices on top to cover the cauliflower.
  4. Place in a medium oven to brown. Once golden, remove from the oven.
  5. Tip: Serve as an accompaniment to meat, poultry or fish. It is also a great vegetarian dish if served with white rice and salad.
