- Milk2 cup
- Butter or margarine2 tablespoon
- Wheat flour (dissolved in a little milk)2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Crushed Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Chopped Mozzarella150 g
- Chopped ham150 g
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Separate the cauliflower bouquets, cook in salted water, place on a platter and set aside.
- Fry the garlic in butter or margarine, add the milk, dissolved wheat flour and salt. Stir until thickened.
- Add the ham, mozzarella and lastly the cream.
- Pour all the cream into the cauliflower and put it in the oven to brown.
- It goes very well with meats or simple rice and beans.
