- Pre-cooked cauliflower500 g
- Skimmed milk500 ml
- Wheat flour1 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Nutmeg to taste
- Salt to taste
- Chimichurri to taste
- Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
- In a pan, melt the butter and add the flour. Mix well with a fouet until a whitish foam forms.
- Pour in the milk and stir well until it thickens. Season with salt and nutmeg. Reserve.
- Cut the florets of the pre-cooked cauliflower and place in a refractory. Season with salt and chimichurri.
- Pour the white sauce over the cauliflower and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the oven until the cheese is golden.
