  • Cassava | 350 g
  • Ground beef | 250 g
  • Dry seasonings of your choice and tomato paste to season the minced meat | 1 to taste
  • Sour cream | 2 tablespoon
  • Cream cheese | 2 tablespoon
  • liquid milk | 1/2 can(s)
  • grated cheese | 1 tablespoon
  • Coalho cheese or white cheese | 50 g


  1. Cook the manioc, the softer the better! I left it in the pressure for 20 minutes with salt and a clove of crushed garlic and chopped cilantro.
  2. I sautéed the ground beef with garlic, onion, a drizzle of olive oil, black pepper, saffron, tomato paste, chives
  3. After the cassava is ready; I removed that lint that is in the middle and put the still hot cassava in the processor and added all the other ingredients!
  4. Serve hot and the ground beef on top. I used basil to decorate and flavor the dish! Serves up to 3 people For two people, the portions are very generous and enough to repeat!
