  • Butter1/2 cup
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Parsley2 tablespoon
  • Salt1 tablespoon
  • Water1.5 l
  1. In a pressure cooker, put 1.5 liters of water and the chopped cassava with half a tablespoon of salt. Cook for 15 minutes after the pan sizzles. (manioc can often be more or less hard depending on the season. If it is still firm, cook for another 5 minutes under pressure)
  2. On a platter, place the cooked cassava (without the water), cover with the melted butter, season with salt, lemon zest and chopped parsley.
