  • Margarine2 tablespoon
  • Liquid milk1 cup
  • Onion (chopped)1 unit(s)
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Salt1 tablespoon
  • Ground beef400 g
  • Oil30 ml
  • Cheese100 g
  1. Cook the cassava in the pressure cooker with water and salt. Until it's soft.
  2. Then knead the cassava, put it in another pan and add the margarine and liquid milk. Stirring until everything is mixed.
  3. In a frying pan, put oil, salt and onion, and fry everything until golden. Then add tomato paste and keep stirring and add pepper. Meat completed.
  4. Now, in a glass container, place the mashed potato, then add the stuffing (meat), alternating until you finish with slices of cheese. Then take it to the preheated oven at 180° for 10 minutes and the recipe is ready.
