Cassava Escondidinho with homemade meat

Cozinhe a macaxeira na panela de pressão com água e sal. Até ficar molinha.

Cook the cassava in the pressure cooker with water and salt. Until it's soft.

Depois amasse a macaxeira, coloque em outra panela e adicione a margarina e o leite líquido. Mexendo até misturar tudo.

Em uma frigideira, coloque óleo, sal e cebola, e frite tudo até dourar. Depois acrescente extrato de tomate e continue mexendo e adicione pimenta. Carne concluída.
