  • Butter to taste
  1. Peel and cut the aimpims, put them to cook in the pressure cooker with salt and butter
  2. After cooking, hit the blender with the same cooking broth.
  3. In another pan, place the pepperoni and bacon cut into very small cubes.
  4. When they are fried, add the onion and tomato cut very small too.
  5. When the onion is wilted, add the beaten cassava and let it boil for 5 minutes, stirring so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan, and turn it off.
