  • Peeled Cassava500 g
  • Bacon100 g
  • Pepperoni sausage100 g
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Green Smell to taste
  • Salt and Garlic to taste
  1. Place the cassava in the pressure cooker and cover with water, let it cook for 30 minutes.
  2. Let the pressure go off on its own
  3. Remove the cassava from the pan and pour it into the blender, along with the water.
  4. Beat for about 2 minutes or until it forms a very homogeneous cream.
  5. Heat a pan and fry the bacon until golden.
  6. Add onion and saute
  7. Add sausage and fry
  8. Add the manioc cream and stir to mix well.
  9. Let it boil on low heat to incorporate well, adjust the salt and finish with green smell.
