- Chopped pepperoni2 unit(s)
- Chopped ripe tomato2 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Aimpim600 g
- Chicken Knor2 unit(s)
- Sweet olive oil4 tablespoon
- Put the aimpim with water to cook in the pressure cooker for 10 minutes or until it is very soft
- In the blender, place small amounts of the aimpim with the water to beat until it becomes a smooth liquid.
- Take a pan and put the sweet oil, onion and tomato to sauté for 3 minutes.
- Add the chopped pepperoni and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
- Wash and cut the kale into strips and put it in the pan and sauté everything for another 5 minutes.
- Add the knor and the beaten liquid and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Turn off and serve this wonder
