- Brown rice3 cup

- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cut the carrots into slices and cook for 15 minutes.
- Blend the cooked carrots in the food processor with 500ml water
- Saute onion and garlic in oil
- Add the rice and stir a little.
- Add the beaten carrot water to cook the rice
- Let the rice cook in this water for about 30 minutes.
