- 1 and ½ cup of rice (tea) ½ cup (tea) of bacon ½ cup (tea) of smoked pepperoni ⅓ cup (tea) of pork belly ½ cup (tea) of dried meat ½ cup (tea) of white onion ⅓ cup green pepper (tea) ½ cup (tea) chopped tomato 1 tablespoon of olive oil Chopped parsley to taste Chopped chives to taste1 cup
- In a large skillet, put a drizzle of olive oil and add in sequence the bacon, pork belly, pepperoni and, finally, the desalted jerky. Once the meats are all fried, add the onion, tomato and pepper. Finally, add the already cooked rice and, to finish, put chopped chives and parsley.
