- Thin pepperoni sausage480 g
- Olive oil to taste
- Honey3 tablespoon
- Balsamic Vinegar4 tablespoon
- Cut the pepperoni into slices.
- Take a skillet to the fire, put the olive oil and the sausages. Let it start to fry.
- When the sausages are starting to brown, add the honey and let it caramelize.
- Once the honey has caramelized, add the balsamic vinegar. Leave a few more minutes in the fire to incorporate the vinegar.
- Remove from heat and serve with Italian bread.
