- Cooked rice1 cup
- cherry tomato20 unit(s)
- Buffalo Mozzarella1/2 cup
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Basil to taste
- Seasonings to taste
- Start by putting the oil and rice in a frying pan or pan. Stir well and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes in half and the mozzarella into cubes. You can use the same amount of regular mozzarella too.
- After 5 minutes, open a space in the pan, add the tomatoes, season with salt and pepper to taste, stir well and sauté again for another 5 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, add the mozzarella and mix well. Add the basil and serve hot!
