  • Yellow pepper1 unit(s)
  • Red Pepper1 unit(s)
  • Onion slices1 unit(s)
  • Minced garlic1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Seasonings: paprika, oregano, black pepper to taste
  1. Cut the eggplant and peppers into medium strips
  2. Place the eggplant, peppers, onion, garlic, salt, olive oil and seasonings in the roasting pan and mix well.
  3. Take it to the preheated oven at 180°C after 15 minutes remove and mix with the help of 2 Spoons and put it back in the oven
  4. repeat the process of removing and mixing every 10 minutes for 3 times or until everything is cooked.
  5. Transfer to a container with a lid and let it cool.
  6. Serve with toast!
