  • Eggplant1 unit(s)
  • Zucchini1/2 unit(s)
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Red Pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Ginger (optional) to taste
  • soy sauce2 tablespoon
  • Olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Cane molasses1 tablespoon
  • Smoked paprika (optional) to taste
  1. Chop all the vegetables into small cubes. Distribute in a shape and season well with olive oil, soy sauce, molasses and seasonings of your choice.
  2. Bake at 180° for about 25 minutes or until everything is soft and caramelized.
  3. Store in the fridge in a covered container.
