- Cabotia squash500 g
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Crushed Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Sour cream or cottage cheese1 tablespoon
- Salt, black pepper and nutmeg to taste
- Cook the pumpkin in water until it is very soft to the point of falling apart, then knead and set aside.
- In a pan, sauté the garlic in the butter and add the mashed pumpkin, find out well, adjust the seasonings and finally add the cream or curd.
- Finish with black sesame or chopped chives.
