- Green cabbage1 kg

- liquid milk500 ml
- Wheat flour with yeast5 tablespoon
- Cottage cheese1 unit(s)
- Parmesan cheese20 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Corn1 can(s)
- Cut the cabbage into thin strips, sanitize and cook in a water bath for 20 minutes. When it's almost cooked add salt over it, stir and set aside.
- In a bowl put the wheat flour and a little milk, dissolve well until homogeneous.
- In a pan add the butter, garlic and onion and sauté lightly over low heat. Add the milk, the homogeneous mixture of wheat flour with yeast and milk gradually, always stirring so it doesn't stick. Add the sautéed cabbage, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, corn, mix well and bring to a boil.
- Ready! Now it's time to take your souffle to a refractory and serve with whatever you like.
- A great option to accompany the cabbage souffle are: warm white rice and roast beef. It is simply SENSATIONAL.
