- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Tomato sauce1 cup
- Water250 ml
- In a large pot, put the cabbage to cook without the stalk and cover the pot. Turn the cabbage after 5 minutes of cooking.
- In a bowl, place the 2 cups of raw and washed rice, add the ground beef and seasonings to taste. Mix everything and set aside.
- After cooking, carefully peel the cabbage and stuff them in bundles. Once this is done, put it in a pressure cooker, in an organized way, so that it is very tight. Add tomato sauce and water until covered. If you want, you can add the spices to the cooking too.
