- Cabbage bunch1/2 unit(s)
- Nuts (I used cashew, Pará and baru nuts)1/2 cup
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- While the pasta is cooking, place the kale, garlic and chestnuts in the food processor.
- Beat everything with olive oil until it reaches the consistency of pesto sauce (easy to spread, but not too “wet”)
- After draining the pasta, return the empty pan to the heat and place the pesto in it.
- Add the dough to the pan and mix well.
- Cover the pan and turn off the heat, to stifle for a few minutes and you can serve.
