  • Cabbage bunch1/2 unit(s)
  • Nuts (I used cashew, Pará and baru nuts)1/2 cup
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. While the pasta is cooking, place the kale, garlic and chestnuts in the food processor.
  2. Beat everything with olive oil until it reaches the consistency of pesto sauce (easy to spread, but not too “wet”)
  3. After draining the pasta, return the empty pan to the heat and place the pesto in it.
  4. Add the dough to the pan and mix well.
  5. Cover the pan and turn off the heat, to stifle for a few minutes and you can serve.
