- mandioquinha/ parsley potato500 g
- Bacon200 g
- Salt and seasoning to taste
- Place the mandioquinha in a pan, cover with water, let it cook until it almost falls apart;
- After the cassava is well cooked, remove all the water and crush it well, and reserve;
- In a skillet add the diced bacon, and fry it well;
- Add the fried bacon to the mashed mandioquinha, season with salt and the seasonings of your choice, mix well and it's ready;
- It looks delicious 🤤
