  • Butter beans300 g
  • Cassava Flour300 g
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Butter (I used ground butter)150 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Boiled egg2 unit(s)
  1. Cook the beans (which were soaked for at least 8 hours) for 20 minutes under pressure. Once cooked, drain and let it cool.
  2. In a hot frying pan, put the butter and brown the onion (I left it very golden, but that's up to everyone's taste).
  3. Add the flour and brown until it forms a farofa, season with salt.
  4. Add the beans, stir well until incorporated. Season with more salt.
  5. Cut the boiled eggs into medium pieces and add the farofa. Embed everything, adjust the salt and turn it off. Is ready!
