Cut the potatoes into slices, using a mandoline or multi-processor. Place them in a bowl of water.
In a small bowl, combine the butter, salt, pepper and smoked paprika.
In a pan lined with parchment paper, place a little of the buttered mixture, arrange the potato slices on top, in layers. With each layer of potato, brush a little of the butter mixture. At the end, cover the shape with aluminum foil and take it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and keep in the oven until golden.
