- Slice the bread with a certain inclination to perfect the presentation, the slices should have a thickness of 1 cm and a half more or less. Water with half the olive oil, and take it to gold in a very hot skillet. You can also take it in the Air fryer for about 3 minutes, just to brown and give it a slight crunch, the inside should be soft. Rub the peeled garlic clove over the toasted slices to add flavor.
- Slice the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper to taste. You can also use Italian tomato if you prefer. Also slice the mozzarella and place it on the golden bread slices interspersing with the already seasoned tomatoes. Distribute basil leaves to taste and water with plenty of olive oil.
