Broccoli cooked in garlic and olive oil

- Broccoli | 4 unit(s)
- Garlic | 2 unit(s)
- Salt | 1 teaspoon
- Pepper | 1 teaspoon
- Water | 600 ml
- Olive oil | 4 tablespoon
- Remove the leaves and cut the broccoli into medium pieces. With the knife, discard the base that is thickest of the stalk.
- Place a pan with water to cover the broccoli. When boiling, add salt, pepper, olive oil and garlic.
- When it is soft, checking this with a fork, remove from the water and add more salt. Recipe made.
