  • Broccoli | 4 unit(s)
  • Garlic | 2 unit(s)
  • Salt | 1 teaspoon
  • Pepper | 1 teaspoon
  • Water | 600 ml
  • Olive oil | 4 tablespoon

Recipe

  1. Remove the leaves and cut the broccoli into medium pieces. With the knife, discard the base that is thickest of the stalk.
  2. Place a pan with water to cover the broccoli. When boiling, add salt, pepper, olive oil and garlic.
  3. When it is soft, checking this with a fork, remove from the water and add more salt. Recipe made.
