Broccoli au gratin with white sauce and parmesan
View in original language
Cook 1 bunch of ninja broccoli. I do it in blanching mode so the broccoli is very green. Take a medium pot with water (enough to cover the florets) over high heat, when it boils, add 1 tablespoon of salt, place the florets and let it cook for about 5 minutes until they start to get soft, but be careful. to avoid overcooking, check the point by poking the stalk with a fork. Remove and drain, place in a bowl with water and ice for three minutes, this helps stop the cooking. Reserve.
Make a white sauce recipe. In a pan, place 3 cloves of crushed garlic, 02 tablespoons of margarine, light to fry lightly, add 2 tablespoons of wheat flour, stir until a dough forms and lightly brown, add milk and stir constantly until to obtain the consistency of sauce, add a 100g package of grated Parmesan cheese, add nutmeg to taste (if you prefer) and adjust the salt.
𝗧𝗘𝗠𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗘 𝗢 𝗕𝗥𝗢 𝗕𝗥𝗢: In a pan put two cloves of crumpled garlic and one tablespoon of margarine, brown the garlic and add the already cooked broccoli and add the seasoning of your taste (I used 01 𝗠𝗘𝗨 @maggibrasil sachet)
On a platter brush a little oil, put the broccoli then the white sauce and lastly sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese (I use grated cheese from @queijospresident) and put it in the oven or microwave for fixings.
