Ingredients

  • Brie Cheese | 200 g
  • Puff pastry | 200 g
  • Maple | 4 tablespoon
  • Egg Yolk | 1 unit(s)
  • Cashew Nuts | 50 g
  • Nuts | 50 g
  • Brazil Nuts | 50 g

Recipe

  1. Pre-heat the oven at 180 °.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a dry surface with the plastic facing down. Place the Brie in the center.
  3. Detach the ends of the dough from the plastic wrap and wrap the Brie making a slight twist at each end.
  4. Brush with egg yolk and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Heat a skillet to medium temperature. Add the walnuts and chestnuts, also the maple and stir until it boils and caramelizes (about 4 minutes). Serve over cheese accompanied by toast.
