I cut the zucchini into medium slices and passed it in the beaten eggs already seasoned with a pinch of pink salt and then in the grated parmesan cheese.
I put it on the baking sheet with a little oil and a little more coarsely grated cheese on top, 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 170 degrees and it's ready...
