- Breadcrumbs to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Milk1 cup
- Corn Starch2 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Lemon pepper to taste
- Oil for frying to taste
- Slice the onion into medium-sized slices.
- Soak in water for 1 hour to remove acidity.
- Drain the water and dry well on a dish towel or paper towel.
- Make the breading mix. In a bowl add the egg, milk, cornstarch, wheat flour, salt and lemon pepper.
- Mix breadcrumbs with oregano.
- Dip the onion rings in the cream, then in the breadcrumbs, and repeat with the cream and breadcrumbs.
- After breading everyone. Take it to the freezer to firm well, for like 30 minutes.
- Fry in hot oil. Blot off excess oil and serve.
