- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Oil1/2 tablespoon
- Water1/2 unit(s)
- Cut the zucchini into pieces not too large, sauté the onion together with the knorr broth in the oil.
- When the onion is turning golden add the cut zucchinis, along with the seasoning. Stir a little to mix the ingredients and add the water. Cover the pan and leave on low heat.
- It is necessary to look at how the zucchini is getting, because if the amount of water has been too little, it can stick to the pan and burn, if you want to stick, just add more water. This recipe does not use salt because the sazón and knorr broth are already very salty.
