- Sliced Zucchini | 1 unit(s)
- Black pepper, oregano and salt | 1 to taste
- Garlic and chopped onion | 1 to taste
- Olive oil | 2 tablespoon
- Water | 50 ml
- Cut the zucchini into cubes and wash in running water.
- In a pan, put the oil, the onion and the minced garlic and let it sauté for about 3 minutes.
- Add the zucchinis and let it cook for another 5 minutes. Add half a glass of water and cover the pan and cook the zucchini until soft.
