- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Wash and dry the zucchini; Cut the zucchini into small cubes of about 1 cm. Reserve; Chop 2 cloves of garlic (you can add more if you prefer); In a frying pan, put the oil, take it to the low fire and sauté the garlic until it is slightly golden; Add the chopped zucchini and stir so that it takes on the flavor of the garlic and oil; Season with salt and pepper to taste; Cook over medium high heat until golden. Don't keep stirring all the time, mix sometimes letting all parts of the zucchini brown well. But be careful not to burn! When the zucchini is already golden, add a little oregano, and if the salt is good, turn off the heat; Serve immediately!
