  • Large bunch of kale1 unit(s)
  • Ground Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
  • Extra virgin olive oil1/2 cup
  • Diced Bacon1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  1. Start by cutting the kale into thin strips and set aside
  2. In a pan add the extra virgin olive oil and the bacon cubes and fry until golden, add the ground garlic and sauté until golden
  3. Lastly add the cabbage strips and sauté until well cooked, adjust the salt and that's it 🤤
