- Ground Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Extra virgin olive oil1/2 cup
- Diced Bacon1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Start by cutting the kale into thin strips and set aside
- In a pan add the extra virgin olive oil and the bacon cubes and fry until golden, add the ground garlic and sauté until golden
- Lastly add the cabbage strips and sauté until well cooked, adjust the salt and that's it 🤤
