- Sliced Cabbage1 to taste
- Salt, Black Pepper, Oregano1 to taste
- Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- Water50 ml
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Cut the cabbage and then wash it under running water.
- In a pan put the minced garlic and the oil. Saute for about 3 minutes and add the cabbage.
- I put the chopped tomato and the water, put the black pepper, the oregano and the salt and let it cook for about 5 minutes until the cabbage is soft.
