  1. Wash the cabbage well, then cut the central stem of them, roll two to three cabbages at once in the shape of a cigar and cut them into very small pieces.
  2. Peel the garlic, put it in the skillet over low heat and add the vegetable oil, leave for two minutes on low heat.
  3. Place the cabbage in the skillet and add salt on top, change the heat to medium temperature, and start to stir the cabbage in the skillet slowly for about 4 minutes, wait for it to wilt and turn off the heat, and serve yourself.
