- I bought the cassava at the fair, it comes clean.
- I just washed it well and put it in the pressure cooker with 1 liter of water and salt.
- I put it to cook as soon as the pressure cooker starts to make noise, I counted 10 minutes and turned it off and let the pressure out. Check to see if it was already soft and I let the water drain. For those who want it to fry, it's just fried with a little oil.
- Here at home we like it with coffee so I don't fry it. But it's delicious both ways.
