- In the pressure cooker, place the aimpim to cook for 10 minutes under pressure.
- Remove from pressure cooker and place to beat gradually with water.
- Place the beaten liquid in the pan, add the margarine, grated cheese, salt and milk, stirring over high heat for 15 minutes.
- Add the mozzarella cheese, stir well, turn off and you can serve.
