Clean and wash the chosen vegetable well, put plenty of water to boil with a little salt. Separately, in a large bowl, place water, ice and salt.
As soon as the water boils, add the vegetables and time 3 minutes, so given the time, remove the vegetables and place them submerged in cold water until they lose heat. Drain and reserve.
In a small pan, add the oil, garlic and line it up. Cook over low heat until the garlic and lining turn into a paste. Wait for it to cool down. Serve your vegetables drizzled with this sauce.
