- Eggs | 4 unit(s)
- Bacon | 1 cup
- Butter | 1 tablespoon
- Straw Potato | 1 cup
- Chopped Onion | 1/2 cup
- Cooked rice | 1 cup
- Cooked rice | 1/2 cup
- Chopped Parsley | 1 tablespoon
- Chopped chives | 1 teaspoon
Recipe
- Cut the bacon into cubes, fry them and then set them aside.
- In the same pan, taking advantage of the fat that the bacon has released, add the butter and then pour the onion and parsley, wait for it to wilt a little.
- Add the eggs, as soon as they firm, stir until they are well fried and adjust the salt.
- Pour in the bacon, rice and finally the potato straw. Stir and finish with chives.
