- Sour cream2 can(s)
- Mustard2 tablespoon
- Ketchup2 tablespoon
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Seasonings0 to taste
- Olive oil (or butter)2 tablespoon
- Season the steak (I used salt, black pepper, seasoning and paprika).
- Fry in oil (or butter) and set aside.
- In the same pan, put a drizzle of oil, a little butter and the onion, letting it brown slightly.
- Put the mustard, ketchup and let it sauté.
- Return the meat to the pan, add the cream.
- Let it boil a little and it's ready.
