  • Beef cut into strips500 g
  • Sour cream3 can(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Ketchup3 tablespoon
  • Champignons200 g
  • Mustard3 tablespoon
  • Salt, Black Pepper0 to taste
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  1. Season the meat with salt and pepper. Put it to fry in the olive oil. (NOTE: don't put all the meat so it doesn't get water.) Reserve
  2. In the same pan, put butter, a drizzle of oil and brown the onion. Add the Champignon, ketchup, mustard and sauté a little.
  3. Return the meat to the pan and add the cream and ready to serve.
