- Beef cut into strips500 g
- Sour cream3 can(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Ketchup3 tablespoon
- Champignons200 g
- Mustard3 tablespoon
- Salt, Black Pepper0 to taste
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Season the meat with salt and pepper. Put it to fry in the olive oil. (NOTE: don't put all the meat so it doesn't get water.) Reserve
- In the same pan, put butter, a drizzle of oil and brown the onion. Add the Champignon, ketchup, mustard and sauté a little.
- Return the meat to the pan and add the cream and ready to serve.
