- In a pan add a little oil and fry the sausage of your choice, add the bacon soon after, then take the peppers cut into strips in the pan, season with onion and garlic and let it brown a little, add the rice already washed stirring well to mix with the other ingredients, season with the seasonings of your choice and finally add the cilantro, after letting the rice fry for 1 minute, put the hot water in the pan until it covers everything (don't exaggerate, so it doesn't turn into porridge) and leave it everything to cook together, until the rice dries to the point of a fluffy rice.
