  • Pepperoni sausage1 unit(s)
  • Pig skin3 unit(s)
  • Parsley to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Onion to taste
  • Garlic to taste
  • Oil to taste
  1. In a container, place the beans with water and let it rest for approximately 1 hour.
  2. While the beans rest, cut the pork skin into strips and the pepperoni slices and set aside.
  3. After all, take a pressure cooker, put the beans, pork skin and pepperoni and fill with water a little above half of the pot.
  4. Light the fire and as soon as you get pressure, wait 35 minutes.
  5. While the beans are cooking, cut the parsley, onion and garlic.
  6. After the beans are ready, in a separate pan, place the oil, garlic, onion, parsley and salt. Stir everything while frying so it doesn't burn.
  7. After frying everything, put the beans and mix everything. Note: remembering to take it along with the beans, the skin and the pepperoni.
  8. Add the parsley and let it boil a little and it's ready.
