Escolha o feijão e deixe de molho de um dia para o outro

Choose the beans and let them soak overnight.

Cozinhe o feijão por 20 minutos com as folhas de loro,pique as calabresas e frite na banha depois acrescente o alho a seu gosto dourando acrescente o feijão já cozido tempere com sal e o tempero para feijão, coloque mais água se necessário e deixe apurar o caldo para engrossar

Sirva acompanhado com algumas gotinhas de pimentinha sobre o seu prato
