- pinto beans3 cup
- Pepperoni1 unit(s)
- Carrot1 unit(s)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Bahian seasoning to taste
- Garlic2 tablespoon
- Soak the beans for 12 hours and, after 12 hours, fry the pepperoni in a pan with the garlic
- Season with salt, black pepper and Bahian seasoning
- Add the beans complete with water and cook for 20 min under pressure
- Remove the pressure, adjust the seasonings and let it boil to thicken the broth and serve
