I chose the beans and washed them well, then put them in the pressure cooker and together with the water. And I booked
I cut the pepperoni sausage and put it with the beans. I put it to pressure cook for 30 minutes. Then I opened it and checked to see if it was already soft.
Add the garlic and oil and let it fry until the garlic starts to turn golden brown.
I put the beans along with the garlic and let it boil for another 5 minutes.
I adjusted the salt and put chopped parsley. Fresh beans made to order
