  • Garlic to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Broth broth tablet1 unit(s)
  • Colorau1 tablespoon
  • Boiled Egg2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Tomato Extract to taste
  • Pepperoni sausage2 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Cassava flour1 cup
  • Parsley and chives to taste
  1. In a frying pan, put a thread of oil and take it to the fire then add the pepperoni, garlic, onion and paprika.
  2. Add a ladle with water, another with tomato extract, mix well, let it boil for 2 minutes, turn off and set aside.
  3. Soon after in a blender, place half of the cooked beans with the broth and half of the cassava flour, beat until it turns into a cream.
  4. If necessary add a little more water, repeat with the rest of the beans and the flour.
  5. Finally, in a large pan, place the oil and add the crushed garlic and let it brown slightly.
  6. Soon after, add the beaten beans and mix, correct the seasoning if necessary, then leave it on low heat until the broth is incorporated.
  7. Then, turn off the fire, transfer this mixture to a refractory, place the pepperoni, seasoned, the boiled egg slices on top and finish with chives and parsley.
